International Client Account Manager (English) – On‑site Tbilisi

About the role

Social Boost, a British Instagram marketing agency, is seeking a confident International Client Account Manager to serve English‑speaking clients from its Vake office in Tbilisi. You will combine account management, customer success and consultative sales to help clients grow on Instagram.

Key responsibilities

• Manage international client relationships via email, phone and Google Meet.
• Advise clients on Instagram growth, content strategy, targeting and campaign optimisation.
• Conduct onboarding, progress and retention calls in English.
• Proactively resolve client and campaign issues.
• Engage potential customers, understand their goals and present Social Boost services.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Required profile

• Fluent spoken English (C1/C2) with clear pronunciation.
• Proven experience communicating professionally with international English‑speaking clients.
• Background in account management, customer success, sales or client services.
• Comfortable leading professional video calls entirely in English.
• Strong communication, persuasion and problem‑solving abilities.
• Commercial mindset and confidence when working with clients.
• Interest in Instagram, social media and digital marketing.

Required skills

• Instagram platform knowledge.
• Google Meet for video conferencing.

• $700 base salary plus performance bonuses (average total earnings around $1,000 per month).
