Interior Design Mentor

About the role

Design School Tbilisi is launching a new interior design course and seeks a passionate mentor to teach, guide and inspire students. The mentor will help shape the curriculum, deliver lessons, and share practical knowledge in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct two 2‑hour lessons per week, primarily in the evenings after 18:00.
• Assign tasks, review student work, and provide constructive feedback.
• Contribute to the development of the course program and teaching materials.
• Maintain comfortable, human‑focused communication with students throughout the course.
• Participate in creating promotional videos, online or physical master‑classes, and other course‑related activities.

Required profile

• Genuine love for interior design and a desire to share knowledge.
• Ability to explain concepts clearly and adapt teaching style to learners.
• Willingness to work evenings and be flexible with scheduling.
• Comfortable delivering lessons in person in Tbilisi, with optional online attendance.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly compensation of 1,500 GEL, with additional bonuses based on student enrollment.
• Guarantee of 1,000 GEL for work already performed if the course is cancelled for serious reasons.
