Implementation Analyst – ATM Projects

About the role

This role serves as the primary point of contact with our clients for all ATM related installations and activities. The Implementations team manages, coordinates, tracks and performs tasks in support of Fiserv ATM clients.

Key responsibilities

• Directly interface with customers, vendors and internal resources to manage implementation activities for Fiserv ATM clients.
• Participate in ATM projects from preliminary planning through completion, managing task plans tailored to client boarding requirements.
• Review client specifications, input data configurations into online tools and work‑management systems.
• Stage terminals for implementation and monitor go‑live to ensure project success.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues that arise during ATM implementation.
• Champion client issues, coordinating with multiple departments to troubleshoot and resolve.
• Escalate issues to the Project Manager or management when necessary.
• Maintain professional communication with clients and internal staff to meet expectations, including occasional weekend work.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in a technical role supporting or coordinating customer configurations.
• Experience with computer science concepts and application support.
• Knowledge of networking principles.
• Background in banking, EFT or transaction processing is preferred.
• Prior ATM experience is a plus.
