HR Generalist – Global People Operations

About the role

Elect Capital is expanding its People function and needs an HR Generalist based in Tbilisi to support HR operations across all global offices. Reporting to the Head of People, you will gain hands‑on experience in recruitment, onboarding, compliance and process improvement while working in a fast‑growing fintech environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain employee records in BambooHR, ensuring contracts, personal data and documentation are complete and audit‑ready.
• Prepare and issue HR documents such as employment contracts, amendments, reference letters and manage probation tracking.
• Administer benefits, leave, and assist with monthly payroll inputs, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes, including checklists, orientation, 30/60/90‑day check‑ins and exit interviews.
• Map existing HR processes, identify inefficiencies and build scalable playbooks, leveraging automation where possible.
• Provide day‑to‑day HR inbox triage and respond to employee queries.

Required profile

• 0–3 years of generalist HR experience or recent graduate eager to grow in the field.
• Strong administrative skills with a detail‑oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR tasks across multiple locations.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
