About the role

The Hydro‑Technical Construction Engineer will join the Hydro‑Energy Department to ensure the safe, continuous operation of hydro‑technical facilities. The role involves on‑site inspections, planning preventive works, and coordinating material supplies.

Key responsibilities

• Inspect technical condition of hydro‑technical structures, identify defects and analyse root causes.
• Plan preventive and rehabilitation works, develop volumes and execution schedules.
• Determine material needs for hydro‑technical and related construction/sanitary works and prepare delivery schedules.
• Read, analyse and, when necessary, update design and work drawings.
• Participate in preparing schematics, sketches and work drawings for hydro‑technical structures.
• Control water level, flow, pressure and other structural parameters, monitoring technical operation.
• Produce technical documentation such as reports, defect records, drawings and logs.
• Ensure quality of performed works and compliance with standards and norms.
• Prepare periodic and demand‑based reports on technical condition and completed works.
• Participate in prevention, detection and resolution of emergency situations within competence.
• Execute additional tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.

Required profile

• Higher technical education.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar hydro‑technical engineering position.
• Knowledge of technical safety rules, technical operation procedures and fire‑safety regulations.
