Head of Sales – International Investment Programs

About the role

Immigrant Invest is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to build and lead its global sales department. You will drive growth across citizenship and residency investment programs, working with high‑net‑worth clients worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the sales department, fostering teamwork and high performance.
• Design, implement and refine business processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Recruit, train, and motivate sales managers, ensuring they meet targets.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve KPIs and overall sales results.
• Oversee lead distribution, workload management and complex transaction support.
• Monitor sales performance, analyse data and apply corrective actions.
• Ensure optimal use of the CRM system to streamline sales activities.
• Conduct meetings, events and audits to maintain alignment and quality standards.

Required profile

• Higher education with extensive experience in international markets.
• Fluency in English and Russian.
• Strong leadership, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Adaptability to changing market conditions and high‑stress environments.
• Results‑driven mindset focused on achieving ambitious goals.
