Head of Operational Products Pricing Group

About the role

Bank of Georgia is looking for an experienced and results‑driven finance professional to lead the Operational Products Pricing Group within the Asset‑Liability Management Department. In this role you will be at the centre of pricing strategy and financial analysis, directly influencing how the bank structures and positions its operational products in a competitive market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead pricing strategy and analysis, including development and analysis of pricing models, monitoring fee income and cost trends, and analysing competitor pricing to guide strategy.
• Manage data and reporting, supervising database management, preparing regular and ad‑hoc reports and strategic presentations for senior management, and ensuring data quality and continuous improvement of analytical processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Data Analytics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in data analytics, portfolio risk management or financial analysis and reporting, including senior‑level responsibilities.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SQL.
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Deep knowledge of banking and financial sector products.
