Head of Finance

About the role

We are seeking a forward‑thinking Head of Finance to lead our financial team and drive strategic initiatives. In this pivotal role you will oversee the organization’s financial health, shape strategy, manage risk and optimise performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a finance team of 3‑4 professionals, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Formulate and execute financial strategies that support growth objectives and operational efficiencies.
• Oversee planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to guide decision‑making and support strategic initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards, and develop relationships with auditors, banks and investors.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; professional certifications (CPA, CFA, ACCA) preferred.
• 8+ years of finance management experience, with a proven track record of strategic leadership.
• Previous experience at a Big Four firm or in investment banking.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, reporting standards and best practices.
• Fluency in Russian and English.
