Head of Corporate Sales – Non-Life Insurance

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head corporate sales of non‑life insurance products for a leading insurer in Georgia. The role involves shaping strategy, expanding the corporate client base, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the corporate sales strategy for non‑life insurance products.
• Manage and expand the corporate client portfolio.
• Lead, motivate and develop the corporate sales team.
• Build long‑term relationships with key clients, brokers and business partners.
• Identify new market opportunities and generate high‑value business leads.
• Manage negotiations, tenders, proposals and contract renewals.
• Monitor sales targets, profitability, retention and portfolio performance.
• Cooperate with underwriting, claims, product development and customer service teams.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets and performance reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales, including managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of non‑life insurance products and the Georgian corporate market.
• Proven management of a corporate insurance portfolio valued at a minimum of GEL 2 million.
• Demonstrated success in client acquisition, portfolio growth and retention.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, presentation and relationship‑management skills.
• Strategic and results‑driven mindset.
• Proficiency in Georgian and English; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.
