Golang Engineer

About the role

We are DIGIPAL, a software delivery agency building high‑performing product design and software development teams for clients across Europe and North America. We are looking for an experienced Golang Engineer to take ownership of a mature production software product that runs directly on customer devices, working fully remote with a competitive compensation package.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and improve the core application using Go.
• Design and support REST APIs and background services.
• Contribute to the React and TypeScript front‑end.
• Support cross‑platform environments (macOS, Windows, Linux ARM) and handle application packaging, releases and updates.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines and troubleshoot production issues, including work with OpenCV for image analysis.

Required profile

• Solid commercial experience with Go in production.
• Good knowledge of React and TypeScript.
• Experience with cross‑platform software development and CI/CD pipelines (preferably GitLab CI).
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of a mature product and resolve production issues.
