About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will play a key part in delivering a unique shopping experience for customers. Working in the East Point store, you will greet visitors, guide them through the product range and help them make informed fashion choices.

Key responsibilities

• Share fashion and product information with customers to support informed decisions.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure excellent service at every stage of the store visit.
• Maintain an organized, well‑stocked, and attractive sales floor and stockroom.
• Assist with opening and closing procedures.
• Represent both yourself and the H&M brand positively during all customer interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer‑facing roles, retail or a similar field.
• Passion for fashion and ability to create a special in‑store experience.
• Strong communication, creativity and curiosity.
• Motivation to work in a dynamic, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) systems.
