About the role

TechCo is looking for a Sales and Service Specialist to join its Selphi mobile store in Qvareli. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing personalized advice and promoting the company’s products and services. The role combines direct sales with high‑quality customer support in a fast‑moving retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality service to customers visiting the Selphi mobile store.
• Inform and propose company products and services, tailoring offers to individual needs.
• Achieve sales targets in line with the company’s objectives.
• Utilise sales support systems to manage leads and transactions.
• Perform cash‑handling operations accurately and responsibly.

Required profile

• Higher education degree or current student.
• Fluent Georgian and conversational English.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Organised, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to prepare reports and business correspondence.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint.
