About the role
TechCo is looking for a Sales and Service Specialist to join its team in Tbilisi. You will work in the Selphi mobile store, delivering high‑quality service, promoting company products and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive service to store visitors and present the company’s products and services.
- Tailor offers to customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Use sales‑support systems to process transactions and manage cash operations accurately.
- Prepare reports and business correspondence as required.
Required profile
- Higher education degree or current student.
- Fluent Georgian and conversational English.
- Experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
- Organised, hardworking and able to work independently.
