About the role

We are looking for a Sales and Service Specialist to join our team at Selph’s mobile store in Batumi. The specialist will deliver high‑quality service to walk‑in customers, introduce them to the company’s products and services, and tailor solutions to their needs while contributing to the store’s sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide courteous, high‑quality assistance to customers visiting the Selph mobile store.
• Inform and recommend the company’s products and services, adapting offers to individual customer requirements.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and follow the sales plan.
• Use sales‑support systems to record transactions and manage customer information.
• Perform cash‑handling operations accurately and responsibly.
• Prepare reports and business correspondence as needed.

Required profile

• Higher education degree or current university student.
• Fluent Georgian and conversational English.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service (preferred).
• Organised, hardworking and able to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and ability to make decisions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
