Full Stack Developer (React & Laravel)

About the role
ILARIA, a consulting company delivering HR solutions through its proprietary HR software, is looking for a Full Stack Developer to join its team in Tbilisi. You will work on developing new features and enhancing existing functionality of the ILARIA HR platform, using modern technologies.
Key responsibilities
- Design, develop, and integrate front‑end components with React and back‑end services with Laravel.
- Build and improve RESTful APIs on Laravel, ensuring seamless integration with existing services.
- Work with Microsoft SQL Server to design data structures, perform migrations, and optimise queries.
- Analyse, refactor and optimise existing codebase for performance, stability and security.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team on technical decisions and architecture.
- Evaluate and adopt new technologies and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Implement features according to technical documentation and specifications.
Required profile
- At least 3 years of professional experience in full‑stack development.
- Strong knowledge of PHP and the Laravel framework (Eloquent, migrations, queues, middleware, service container).
- Solid experience with Microsoft SQL Server and T‑SQL (indexes, stored procedures, performance tuning).
- Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript and React.js, including functional components, Hooks, Context API and React Router.
- Good understanding of OOP, MVC architecture and REST API design.
- Experience with authentication/authorization mechanisms such as Laravel Sanctum, Passport, JWT and role‑based access.
- Familiarity with Composer, npm, modern build tools (Vite/Webpack) and Git.
- Experience with automated testing and code‑quality practices.
