Full Stack AI Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack AI Engineer who builds software with AI as the core component. You will partner with a product manager to take ideas from concept to production across domains such as fintech and insurance. Deep, hands‑on experience with modern large language models and agentic coding tools is essential.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and ship end‑to‑end AI‑driven products, owning the full stack from APIs and data layers to frontend and infrastructure.
• Use agentic development tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf) as the primary workflow, directing AI agents rather than writing code manually.
• Build AI agent systems with frameworks like Claude Agent SDK, OpenAI Agents SDK, or LangGraph, handling tool‑calling, multi‑step reasoning, memory, and guardrails.
• Manage cloud resources, containers, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and production uptime, cost and performance.

Required profile

• Strong production experience with LLMs and agentic development tools, including context management and at least one agent framework.
• Proven track record of shipping software, regardless of company size or industry.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), containers, and CI/CD processes.
• Fluent English and comfortable working asynchronously.

Required skills

• Large language models (Claude, ChatGPT) and agentic coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf).
• .NET ecosystem (C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework) and Angular.
• Cloud services (Azure, AWS, GCP), containerization, CI/CD pipelines, API design, monitoring.
