About the role

TSUR GROUP, an innovation‑focused Georgian‑British holding, is seeking an experienced Financial Director (CFO) to lead the group’s financial strategy and support its growth across multiple sectors including investment, retail, hospitality and development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the holding’s long‑term financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Prepare, consolidate and monitor annual budgets, financial plans and forecasts for all subsidiary companies.
• Design, roll out and continuously monitor financial policies, procedures and internal control systems.
• Manage liquidity, optimise capital allocation and oversee effective use of financial resources.
• Analyse revenue, expenses, profitability and other key financial indicators, identify gaps and propose corrective actions.
• Identify, assess and mitigate financial and tax risks across the portfolio.
• Conduct financial evaluation of investment, strategic and new business projects, prepare forecasts and present to financial institutions.
• Oversee IFRS‑compliant accounting and reporting, and ensure timely consolidated reporting to the board and senior management.
• Coordinate tax planning and optimisation in full compliance with applicable legislation.
• Lead financial audits and liaise with external auditors, banks and regulatory authorities.
• Support corporate finance decisions, participate actively in business growth and investment management.
• Supervise the finance department, promote professional development and implement best practices.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance, accounting or a related field.
• Proven experience in senior financial leadership within a multi‑company environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, result orientation and ability to work at board level.
• Deep knowledge of IFRS and corporate finance best practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to drive financial efficiency.
