Financial Reporting & Analysis Specialist

About the role

York Holding Group seeks a Financial Reporting & Analysis Specialist to own the Group's management reporting cycle and deliver financial analysis that supports decision‑making across projects, branches and the holding company. The role offers direct exposure to senior management and combines hands‑on reporting with strategic business partnering.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare balance‑sheet, P&L and cash‑flow reports for York Towers and its branches.
• Produce managerial reports for business lines and maintain a consistent Group reporting pack.
• Generate sales and brokerage deal reports, support inventory analysis, and monitor receivables and collections.
• Maintain overdue, payment and declaration reports, performing verification checks.
• Maintain branch and customer balance calculation files and ensure reconciliation accuracy.
• Provide financial and analytical support for bank financing processes, identify variances, trends and risks, and present findings to management.
• Improve and automate existing reporting templates and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, analysis, accounting, audit or FP&A.
• Strong understanding of balance‑sheet, P&L and cash‑flow mechanics.
• Professional working proficiency in Georgian and English.
• High attention to detail, ownership mindset and ability to meet recurring reporting deadlines.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (complex formulas, data models, large multi‑source files).
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Proficiency with Business Intelligence tools, particularly Power BI.
