Financial Controller – Remote

About the role

Family Office is seeking an experienced Finance professional to take ownership of building and developing financial processes across multiple entities and jurisdictions. You will ensure the accuracy of accounting operations, deliver timely reporting, and maintain robust financial controls.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting operations for several companies across different jurisdictions.
• Design, implement and continuously improve internal financial control procedures.
• Build financial controlling processes from scratch and adapt them as the business evolves.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and support external audits.
• Respond promptly to finance‑related queries from the CEO / Head of Finance.
• Effectively manage external consultants and legal advisors.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in accounting, financial control, or treasury.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS; BIG‑4 experience is highly preferred.
• ACC​A qualification (completed or near‑completed) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fast learner comfortable in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Upper‑Intermediate proficiency in English and Russian.
