Financial Analyst

About the role

Plex, a licensed Virtual Asset Service Provider operating in Georgia, is seeking a Financial Analyst to join the finance team. Reporting to the Financial Manager, you will oversee financial systems, build dashboards, and deliver accurate reporting to support executive decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, P&L statements, unit economics and cash‑flow analyses.
• Audit operational expenses, perform variance analysis and optimise monthly vendor bills.
• Prepare structured monthly, quarterly and management accounts under tight deadlines.
• Administer ERP and financial data workflows (SAP, Oracle, Odoo or similar) and manage database extracts.
• Design, build and update live BI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or Looker.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in corporate finance and business intelligence.
• Hands‑on ability to manage data pipelines, perform ETL and ensure data quality.
• Proven track record of delivering accurate financial reporting in fast‑paced environments.
