Financial Analyst – Fund Administration & Operations

About the role

The Financial Analyst will support the accurate and timely administration of funds managed by TBC Asset Management. You will work closely with Finance, Investment, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and external partners to ensure proper valuation, transaction processing, and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Calculate and approve the fund's Net Asset Value (NAV) on a regular basis, applying fair‑value methodology.
• Revalue portfolio holdings, including illiquid and non‑exchange‑traded instruments, and validate pricing inputs.
• Perform daily reconciliations of cash, securities and other balance‑sheet items with banks and custodians.
• Process investment transactions, subscriptions, redemptions and maintain contract records.
• Support dividend distributions, distributable net income calculations and monitor fund liquidity.
• Ensure fund administration complies with the private placement memorandum, internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate corporate actions, record operational incidents and contribute to root‑cause analysis.
• Provide documentation and support for internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Experience in fund administration, NAV calculation or related finance functions.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Good understanding of financial instruments, valuation methods and regulatory frameworks.
