Film & TV Project Manager

About the role

POSTRED is seeking a proactive and highly organized Project Manager for its Film & TV division. You will independently manage multiple projects and creative teams from planning through final delivery, ensuring deadlines, resources and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, objectives and milestones in collaboration with the Head of Film & TV.
• Manage several active projects simultaneously, coordinating internal creative and technical teams.
• Maintain up‑to‑date project information, boards and automations in Monday.com.
• Use AI tools to streamline planning, documentation and reporting.
• Communicate professionally with clients, set expectations and handle feedback.
• Oversee project close‑out, archiving and IMDb credit updates.

Required profile

• At least two years of hands‑on experience in project or production management.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines and teams concurrently.
• Strong organizational, risk‑identification and decision‑making skills.
• Professional proficiency in English and Georgian.
