English Language Tutor (Full/Part Time)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic English Language Tutor to join our cheerful team in Tbilisi. The position can be full‑time or part‑time, and you will work with children, teenagers and adults in both daytime and evening groups.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging English lessons to a minimum of five groups, including at least one evening group after 19:00.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials and assessments tailored to each age group.
• Conduct classes both in‑person and via online platforms such as Google Meet, Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to learners and parents.
• Collaborate with fellow tutors and staff to continuously improve the curriculum.

Required profile

• C1 level English proficiency (certificate preferred).
• At least one year of experience teaching English as a second language.
• Fluent speaking and writing skills in both English and Georgian.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Willingness to commit to a minimum one‑year cooperation and work with multiple groups.

Required skills

• Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint (user level).
• Google Drive (user level).
• Google Meet, Zoom, Microsoft Teams (user level).
