Drafter

About the role

Element Holding is looking for motivated drafters to join its construction team. You will contribute to architectural and structural projects, creating accurate drawings and 3D models while gaining hands‑on experience on real‑world construction sites.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for architectural and structural projects.
• Use AutoCAD, Revit or ArchiCAD to produce detailed design documentation.
• Prepare structural details, connections and nodes.
• Participate in the coordination of multidisciplinary engineering drawings.
• Maintain and update project documentation, managing revisions and changes.
• Verify the technical accuracy of completed drawings before release.

Required profile

• Open to both experienced drafters and recent graduates.
• Students in their fourth year of study are also encouraged to apply.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with technical specifications.
