About the role
We are looking for two motivated Georgian-speaking individuals to join our team as Door-to-Door Sales Agents and Operational Assistants. The role involves client outreach, sales, and basic operational support, starting with a two-week trial period.
Key responsibilities
- Promote content-creation services to local shops.
- Close contracts or trial agreements with clients.
- Act as a linguistic intermediary during content recording.
- Assist in basic editing activities (optional).
- Provide operational support for future growth.
Required profile
- Fluent in Georgian and comfortable with door-to-door interactions.
- Motivated, able to handle client outreach and sales negotiations.
What we offer
- Starting salary of 350 USD per month, increasing by 150 USD every three months up to 1,000 USD.
- Commissions of 50–150 GEL per client depending on the package sold.
- Two-week trial period to assess performance.
