Director, People Business Partner

About the role

The Director, People Business Partner serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders within the Global Supply Chain and Home Warranty organization. Reporting at the VP level, this role aligns people strategy with broader enterprise objectives, driving productivity and organizational effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Global Supply Chain and Home Warranty leaders to design and implement capabilities, structures, processes, and behaviors.
• Leverage data insights and technology to support fact‑based talent decisions.
• Collaborate with HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated HR solutions.
• Lead talent development, succession planning, employee engagement, change management, and organizational design initiatives.
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and integrations as required.
• Oversee talent acquisition, learning, performance management, and compensation strategies.
• Assist in forecasting talent pipeline needs and provide coaching to leaders and employees.
• Identify and share best practices across functional lines and contribute to cross‑functional HR projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 6 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years creating and implementing people strategies for functional areas.
• Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent).
• Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to work with analytics.
