Key responsibilities

• Assist customers who visit the service centre or contact the bank via remote channels.
• Provide consultation, answer queries and guide customers on the use of bank products.
• Promote and activate bank products through digital channels.
• Manage customer queues and redirect requests efficiently.
• Support the implementation of remote operations and ensure smooth service delivery.
