Digital Analyst - Product

About the role

Patrianna is seeking a Digital Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that guide product decisions and improve player experiences across its gaming platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Guide product team members through complex data landscapes, providing insights for critical decision‑making.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of user behavior, app performance, and product features to boost acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with analytics developers to ensure high‑quality behavioral data collection and resolve tracking issues.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and alerting systems for real‑time monitoring of key conversion metrics.
• Present insights clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
• Debug data issues and optimise tracking mechanisms to maintain data integrity.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Critical thinking mindset, proactive approach and high reliability.
• Solid SQL skills for querying and manipulating databases.
• Experience creating detailed reports and dashboards using tools such as Looker or Tableau.
• Familiarity with digital analytics platforms like Snowplow and GA4, including tracking mechanisms and data layers.
• Experience with data modelling in Dataform and session‑replay/autotracking platforms is a plus.
