Delivery Manager – Medicaid/MMIS Technical Manager (Java Full Stack)

About the role

We are seeking a Medicaid/MMIS Technical Manager with strong Java full‑stack expertise to lead the design, development and delivery of scalable healthcare solutions. The role combines technical leadership, hands‑on development and Agile team management.

Key responsibilities

• Lead design and development of Medicaid applications (claims, eligibility, enrollment) using Java full‑stack technologies.
• Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams and drive architecture decisions.
• Drive hands‑on development for critical components and ensure compliance with HIPAA and CMS standards.
• Lead Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, stand‑ups and retrospectives.
• Ensure application scalability, security, high availability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of IT experience with a technical leadership background.
• Strong Medicaid/MMIS domain experience (MMIS preferred).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
