Debt Capital Markets Analyst

About the role

The Analyst role within TBC Capital’s Debt Capital Markets (DCM) team supports the origination, structuring and execution of bond financing transactions. You will work closely with issuers, investors and regulators throughout the full bond issuance process.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct detailed financial and credit analysis, build valuation models and prepare bond prospectuses.
• Participate in the execution of private and public bond issuances in local and international markets.
• Draft issuance prospectus sections, coordinate with issuers and the National Bank of Georgia, and prepare supporting legal documentation.
• Prepare client presentations, pitch decks and marketing materials for institutional investors.
• Support issuers during credit rating processes and, where applicable, thematic bond framework development.
• Monitor market trends, interest rates and macro‑economic factors, and report statistical information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in corporate or investment banking, audit or finance within an industry.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, credit analysis, financial modeling and capital‑markets regulations.
• Proficiency in English.
