Data Analyst – Commercial Team (AI‑Driven)

About the role

Pave Bank is a digital bank serving global businesses in digital assets, payments and fintech. The Commercial team is looking for a Data Analyst who will turn client, transaction and pipeline data into actionable insights, building dashboards, models and internal tools that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client revenue, transaction volumes and product usage to identify growth sources.
• Build and maintain profitability and unit‑economics models, including fee income, correspondent costs and FX spreads.
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates and onboarding metrics, explaining trends and variances.
• Identify at‑risk clients and uncover cross‑sell/upsell opportunities.
• Support pricing decisions with scenario modelling and fee‑volume analyses.
• Prepare data for board, investor and management reporting and defend the numbers.
• Design, own and evolve the Commercial team’s dashboard layer, moving from manual spreadsheets to live, self‑serve reporting.
• Develop internal tools (client scoring, pricing calculators, reporting automation) and deploy them on Google Cloud.
• Integrate AI tools such as Claude Code into analysis, tooling and workflow automation.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with experience in commercial analytics for financial services.
• Comfortable working with AI‑assisted tools as a default part of the workflow.
• Ability to write clean, documented and maintainable code.
• Proactive attitude toward automating manual processes.
