Customer Service Representative (German/Italian/Spanish Speaker)

About the role

Tauro Markets is a leading multi‑asset investment platform seeking a multilingual Customer Service Representative to deliver high‑quality, responsive support to its global client base. You will work closely with internal teams to resolve client queries efficiently and help shape a seamless user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, professional support to clients via live chat and email.
• Investigate client issues and coordinate with Compliance, Back Office, Account Management and other departments to find solutions.
• Support Account Managers and Business Development Managers with client‑related requests.
• Process client requests accurately within required timelines and keep CRM data up‑to‑date.
• Assist clients throughout account opening, onboarding and ongoing relationship phases.
• Identify opportunities to improve the client experience and promote relevant company services.
• Work proactively with internal teams to ensure smooth and timely resolution of client issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in online customer support (live chat and email).
• Previous experience in Forex, CFD, financial services or online trading is mandatory.
• Business‑level English (written and spoken); professional German is highly desirable, with Italian, Spanish or other languages as an advantage.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to collaborate with multiple departments and adjust working hours to ensure client coverage.
