Creative Video Editor (Freelance)

About the role

We are looking for a creative, results‑driven Video Editor to produce high‑performing video ads for leading DTC brands. The role is freelance and involves turning scripts, raw footage and design assets into engaging stories that drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Create performance‑focused video ads for digital platforms, adapting content for various formats and audiences.
• Develop multiple versions and creative iterations for campaign testing.
• Integrate motion graphics, subtitles, sound design and visual effects as needed.
• Use campaign performance data to refine and improve future video creatives.
• Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, copywriters and media teams.
• Manage several projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high quality.

Required profile

• Strong storytelling ability and attention to detail.
• Fluent English (≈80 % of work is in English).
• Proactive, can‑do attitude with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Availability to work at least 160 hours per month as a freelancer.
• Collaborative team player comfortable in a fast‑paced B2C environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
• Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with AI‑based video tools (advantage).
• Motion‑graphics and visual‑effects skills (advantage).
