Corporate Sales Specialist

About the role

Inn Group Hotels is looking for a motivated Corporate Sales Specialist to join its team and drive corporate business across its four hotel properties. The role focuses on acquiring new corporate clients, nurturing existing relationships, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential corporate clients.
• Acquire new accounts and manage relationships with existing corporate customers.
• Organise meetings and deliver presentations to prospects.
• Prepare commercial proposals and quotations.
• Respond promptly to client requests and inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal hotel departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Achieve defined sales objectives and targets.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape.

Required profile

• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Desire to develop a career in sales and client relationship management.
• Responsibility, organisational skills, and a proactive attitude.
• Fluent Georgian language proficiency.
• English language knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or the hotel industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
