Concrete Mixer Driver

About the role

The Concrete Mixer Driver will operate a concrete mixer truck to transport ready‑mix concrete to construction sites across Tbilisi and its surroundings. This full‑time, on‑site position requires safe driving in urban and job‑site environments, strict adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination with dispatch and site personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Drive and maneuver a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready‑mix concrete to designated sites.
• Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and routine checks.
• Monitor the concrete mix during transit and operate the discharge controls as directed.
• Unload concrete safely, positioning the truck according to site instructions.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate schedule changes with dispatch.
• Follow all traffic, DOT (or local) regulations and company safety protocols.
• Perform basic care of the truck, report maintenance needs promptly, and assist with minor mechanical issues.

Required profile

• Valid commercial driving licence (e.g., CDL Class A or local equivalent) with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience driving heavy vehicles, preferably mixer trucks.
• Physical ability to work outdoors and handle routine vehicle checks.
• Strong attention to detail, reliable time management and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic mechanical awareness to identify and report truck issues.
• Knowledge of local transport and safety regulations; prior experience in construction or ready‑mix concrete delivery is an advantage.
