Community Growth & Sales Specialist – Remote (EU)

About the role

Foxelli Group is looking for a Community Growth & Sales Specialist to turn online communities, especially Facebook groups, into revenue‑generating channels. This fully remote position works across the EU and joins a distributed team operating from more than 20 countries.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, infiltrate and engage high‑potential community groups on Facebook to drive sales.
• Create compelling, high‑converting posts and discussions that feel authentic.
• Design simple visuals and write copy that capture attention and build trust.
• Diagnose and solve engagement drops, algorithm changes, or content performance issues in real time.
• Run experiments, track data and continuously optimise community‑based sales tactics.
• Own the full sales pipeline from community interaction to conversion without micromanagement.

Required profile

• Analytical and strategic mindset with a talent for spotting patterns and solving complex problems.
• Entrepreneurial, self‑sufficient attitude – you find solutions without waiting for instructions.
• Tech‑savvy curiosity for testing new tools and staying ahead of platform trends.
• Creative and persuasive communication style that sells without being overtly salesy.
• Data‑driven approach: test, tweak and iterate to improve performance.

Required skills

• Experience in e‑commerce, tech or digital marketing.
• Strong copywriting and content‑creation abilities.
• Ability to design simple yet effective visuals for social posts.
• Proven track record of generating sales through online communities, especially Facebook.
• Deep understanding of social‑media algorithms and engagement tactics.
