Commercial Leasing Agent – Office Market

About the role

Cushman & Wakefield | Veritas is looking for a motivated Commercial Leasing Agent to join its agency team. You will advise both occupiers and landlords on office leasing transactions, identify new business opportunities, and deliver high‑quality advisory services throughout the leasing process.

Key responsibilities

• Advise tenants on market conditions, rental rates and suitable office spaces.
• Guide landlords on leasing strategies, pricing, positioning and tenant targeting.
• Conduct property inspections, accompany clients on viewings and match requirements with available spaces.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with landlords, developers and corporate occupiers.
• Manage leasing transactions from inquiry to lease execution, coordinating negotiations and preparing proposals.
• Maintain regular client communication, provide market updates and represent the firm at networking events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Relations, International Relations, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Previous experience in commercial real estate, brokerage, sales or business development is preferred.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and presentation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple transactions.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and results‑oriented.
• Fluency in English and Georgian; additional languages are a plus.
