Commercial Analyst

About the role

IDS Borjomi Georgia is looking for a motivated Commercial Analyst to join its Tbilisi team. You will support business decisions by analysing sales performance, revenue trends and key commercial indicators, helping drive growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales‑performance reports for Monthly Business Reviews, ensuring data quality and consolidation.
• Analyse deviations versus budget, forecast and prior periods, comment on drivers and highlight trends.
• Monitor commercial KPIs such as sales volume, revenue, pricing and distribution.
• Improve data flow and consistency between the company and its business units.
• Develop and maintain reporting templates, dashboards, analytical models and PowerPoint presentations.
• Support new‑market assessments through research, business‑case calculations and presentation material.
• Conduct ad‑hoc analysis for commercial teams and senior management.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and business‑unit stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in sales, commercial or business analysis within FMCG, retail or distribution.
• University degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Statistics or a related field.
• Fluent in Georgian and English; Russian is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel (large datasets, reporting, modelling).
• Power BI.
• SQL or similar data‑query tools.
• PowerPoint for management‑level presentations.
