Claims Specialist (Remote)

About the role

Pharmbills is looking for a detail‑oriented Claims Specialist to join its international team. Working remotely from Georgia, you will ensure healthcare insurance claims are processed accurately and efficiently, supporting U.S. healthcare partners.

Key responsibilities

• Review and process healthcare insurance claims in line with regulatory requirements.
• Investigate discrepancies and denied claims, collaborating with providers and insurers to resolve issues.
• Maintain comprehensive records of claim activities, payments, follow‑ups, and communications.
• Assist with resubmissions or appeals for denied claims, identifying root causes.
• Generate reports on claim status, trends, and performance metrics.
• Coordinate with U.S.-based healthcare teams to streamline claim workflows.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns and solve problems.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Professional English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Effective multitasking and prioritisation abilities.
• Flexibility to work according to U.S. time zones.
