About the role

The Cars Sales Consultant will work in our showroom to match customers with the most suitable vehicle, ensuring a high level of service and adherence to ethical standards. The role combines customer interaction, product expertise, and post‑sale support to drive sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Listen actively to customers, assess their lifestyle, budget and preferences, and propose appropriate vehicles.
• Provide clear, empathetic communication throughout the sales process, from initial contact to delivery.
• Build trust and long‑term relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Explain vehicle features, technologies, and financing or leasing options in detail.
• Conduct engaging test drives and negotiate pricing and financing terms.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while respecting showroom policies and ethical standards.
• Generate and follow up on leads via phone, email or online channels.
• Prepare and manage all required documentation, including sales contracts and financing paperwork.
• Deliver the vehicle to the customer in a memorable, professional manner.
