About the role

LATICRETE International is seeking a proactive Buyer to manage the procurement of goods and services that support our high‑performance tile and stone installation systems. The role focuses on achieving cost, quality, and delivery objectives while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and adjust stocking models based on demand forecasts, lead times, logistics, and supplier capabilities.
• Identify inventory risks such as potential stockouts and communicate mitigation options to planning and procurement leadership.
• Maintain purchasing master data, including lead times, order multiples, and safety stock parameters.
• Execute MRP action messages, translate demand signals into purchase orders, and track inbound logistics to meet required dates.
• Manage purchase orders, confirm supplier acknowledgments, and keep stakeholders informed of order status.
• Resolve day‑to‑day supplier issues related to price, delivery, and invoicing.
• Collaborate with Planning, Operations, Finance, and Supplier partners to ensure seamless procurement execution.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret demand signals and inventory data.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work across multiple internal functions and external suppliers.
