About the role

The Factoring Accountant will join Hegelmann Group’s finance team in Tbilisi, handling the full cycle of factoring‑related invoices and credit notes. You will ensure accurate documentation, support monthly closing, and maintain the electronic archive of financial records.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify, and process incoming invoices and credit notes related to factoring.
• Check document correctness: requisites, amounts, taxes, and internal compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments, carriers, and service providers to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Prepare documents and assist in the monthly reporting close.
• Maintain and organize the electronic archive of financial documentation.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality processing according to company standards and deadlines.

Required profile

• Fluent Russian (B2 level or higher).
• Ready to work full 8‑hour days, Monday‑Friday, on‑site.
• Stress‑resilient, responsible, result‑oriented.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, capable of handling large data sets.
• Good communication skills, able to work both independently and in a team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Strong Excel skills.
