About the role
We are looking for a Business Analyst (Software Requirements Analyst) to help us create better financial software products for our customers. You will join a team experienced in trading platforms, margining algorithms and trading monitoring tools. The role involves working with financial technologies and collaborating with distributed teams.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze customers’ business processes and operations throughout all project stages.
- Document legacy systems and existing functionality.
- Elicit customers' needs through stakeholder interviews and workshops and propose solutions.
- Develop functional and non‑functional requirements and create specifications such as Functional Specifications, User Stories, SRS and Solution Design.
- Clarify requirements for design, development, QA and support teams and participate in solution validation.
- Demonstrate solutions to customers, gather feedback and explore competitor products and industry trends.
- Facilitate clear communication across distributed teams and be available for occasional business trips.
Required profile
- Minimum 6 years experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, System Analyst or Product Owner in software development projects.
- Hands‑on experience in brokerage, capital markets, mutual funds, exchange‑based trading or related financial products.
- Proven ability to analyze legacy systems and document business processes.
- Experience writing functional specifications and using SQL for data analysis.
- University degree and fluent English communication skills.
