Brand Specialist (Caucasus region)

About the role

The Brand Specialist for the Caucasus market will drive portfolio projects, ensuring they align with brand guidelines, strategy, and legal requirements. You will act as the bridge between brand agencies, cross‑functional teams, and the market to deliver effective brand communications.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and manage brand support activity plans, briefings, and de‑briefings.
• Coordinate projects with agencies and internal teams, respecting timelines and brand strategy.
• Develop and adapt brand communication tools and ensure alignment with stakeholders.
• Provide executional support, compile activity reports, and consolidate analytics.
• Monitor project performance, analyse results, and recommend actions to meet KPIs.
• Maintain knowledge of consumer profiles and market differentiators.
• Identify new tools to address consumer needs in line with brand strategy.
• Conduct market visits to evaluate consumer trends.
• Track project budgets and report usage.
• Ensure timely preparation of all branded materials and legal documents.

Required profile

• Passionate team player with high ownership and accountability.
• University degree, preferably in Management, Marketing or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of successful experience in brand marketing or related fields.
• Fluent in Georgian; English and Russian are a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive, proactive, fast learner with result‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficient with MS Office – Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Experience using Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
