B2B Sales Representative (Remote)

About the role

Cafeterio is looking for a proactive B2B Sales Representative to drive growth on both the demand and supply sides of its office‑lunch marketplace. You will work remotely, contacting companies and kitchens, turning prospects into active clients.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a target list of Tbilisi companies with 20+ employees.
• Cold‑call and email HR, office and operations managers; schedule demos and on‑site lunch trials.
• Guide prospects from first contact to signed contracts and first live orders.
• Identify and recruit restaurants, kitchens and catering providers seeking steady corporate volume.
• Explain Cafeterio’s commission model, onboard providers to the portal, and support them through initial deliveries.
• Log all activities, objections and outcomes; report weekly on pipeline performance.
• Provide honest feedback on pitch effectiveness and product fit.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in sales, business development or a similar role involving cold outreach.
• Comfortable making 30–50 calls per day and speaking fluently in Georgian and English.
• Highly organized, able to maintain a pipeline without constant supervision.
• Self‑motivated and able to work independently in a small team.
