Assistant Store Manager – Tbilisi

About the role

Alshaya Group is opening Starbucks' first store in Georgia and seeks an inspiring Assistant Store Manager to lead the team from day one. You will help shape the store culture and ensure an unforgettable customer experience in a brand‑new market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Drive store performance by managing sales, costs and operational KPIs.
• Ensure consistent implementation of Starbucks brand standards, policies and procedures.
• Create a strong team culture aligned with Starbucks values.
• Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including staffing, scheduling and stock management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and continuous development of partners.
• Maintain health, safety and food quality standards at all times.
• Contribute actively to the long‑term growth of the store and assist the Store Manager.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a retail or hospitality leadership role.
• Strong people‑management and team‑development skills.
• Passion for customer experience and brand excellence.
• Ability to lead in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Fluency in Georgian and English.
• Willingness to work in Tbilisi, Georgia.
