Head of Sales (Hotel)

About the role

The Head of Sales will develop and execute the hotel’s sales strategy to maximise revenue, occupancy and market share. You will lead the sales team, build strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners and event organisers, and work closely with Revenue Management to optimise pricing.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales, revenue and financial strategies, budgets, forecasts and action plans.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets across Corporate, MICE, Leisure, Group and Government segments.
• Drive revenue across Corporate, MICE, Leisure and High‑End segments.
• Maintain a strong network of existing and potential clients and conduct sales calls and client visits.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management on ADR, RevPAR, occupancy and pricing strategy.
• Lead, mentor and manage the Sales team, preparing offers, presentations and contracts.
• Provide weekly sales activity reports and participate in meetings and training sessions.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of sales experience in hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of hospitality sales channels and distribution.
• Proven ability to develop and execute sales strategies and achieve business targets.
• Fluent in English and Georgian; additional language is an advantage.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and organisational skills.
