Assistant in Forensics and Integrity Services

About the role

EY is looking for entry‑level Assistants in Forensics and Integrity Services to join client engagement teams across the South‑Caucasus and Central Asian region. You will receive on‑the‑job training and support while contributing to forensic investigations, data analysis and compliance work for corporate clients, regulators and law‑enforcement agencies.

Key responsibilities

• Support corporate organisations, regulatory bodies, law‑enforcement and legal teams in responding to allegations of financial and other fraud.
• Assist in managing client risks related to fraudulent misconduct and help prepare claims or dispute documentation.
• Conduct critical analysis of information to clarify the circumstances and impact of alleged incidents.
• Apply knowledge of business processes, financial reporting systems and accounting procedures to identify underlying causes of fraud.
• Execute agreed activities within projects, delivering solutions and recommendations under senior guidance.
• Meet local performance objectives covering client service, delivery quality, project contribution and teamwork.

Required profile

• Final‑year student or recent graduate with a strong willingness to learn.
• Fluent written and spoken Georgian and English; Russian language proficiency is essential.
• Enthusiasm for cross‑border work and flexibility to travel as required.
• Proactive mindset, adaptability to new challenges and a desire to develop forensic skills.
