Application Developer

About the role

We are seeking an Application Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot. The role involves building RESTful APIs, managing databases, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and implement RESTful APIs to integrate frontend components with server‑side logic.
• Create and maintain database schemas, write efficient SQL queries, and work with ORM frameworks such as Hibernate or JPA.
• Write unit and integration tests (e.g., JUnit, TestNG) to identify and fix programming errors.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and DevOps to define technical solutions and deployment processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related engineering field.
• 10–15 years of professional experience in application development.

Required skills

• Strong proficiency in Java (8, 11, 17) and Spring Boot.
• Experience with microservices architecture and event‑driven design.
• Version control using Git.
• Build tools such as Maven or Gradle.
• ORM frameworks like Hibernate/JPA and SQL.
• Testing frameworks JUnit and TestNG.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Frontend technologies: React, Angular, or JavaScript.
