About the role

The Residential Real Estate Development Department of a leading regional financial institution is looking for a corporate analyst to support credit and loan processes for corporate and medium‑size clients.

Key responsibilities

• Collect and process client credit applications.
• Analyse financial indicators and prepare complete loan proposals.
• Build financial models and define forecast indicators.
• Assess project risk and organise the credit‑assessment workflow.
• Present projects to the credit committee and drive the loan issuance process.
• Handle non‑standard contracts with internal bank channels and clients.
• Monitor existing clients’ financial health and ensure proper use of loan funds.
• Manage disbursement of transactions or credit lines.
• Prepare various reports in line with bank standards.

Required profile

• Higher education in finance or business administration (CFA and/or ACCA a plus).
• At least 2 years of experience as a financial analyst.
• High proficiency in English and Russian.
• Strong knowledge of finance, banking structures, legislation, products, processes and tariffs.
• Ability to work with AI tools and modern technologies.
